1. A park, in the shape of a quadrilateral ABCD, has 2 C = 90°, AB 9m, BC = 12 m,
CD=5 m and AD=8 m. How much area does it occupy?​

now in triangle bcd

bc^2+ cd^2 = bd^2 (by Pythagoras theorem)

which is

12^2 + 5^2 =bd^2

bd =13 cm

now in traingle bcd area of triangle =1/2×b×h

=30cm^2
