 \large\bf\ ANSWER :- L = 18 , B = 1

Area = 18 cm²

 \sf\boxed{ Area = L × B }

L × B = 18

Possible value are tha factors of 18

(1 , 18 ) , (3 , 6) , (2,9)

 \rule{10cm}{0.02cm}

 \boxed{ perimeter = 2( L + B ) }

Applying the value here ,

Maximum value is given by ( 1 , 18 )

 \rule{10cm}{0.02cm}
