We know the importance of birth day. It is the only day when we came to this beautiful world. So birthday is very special day for us.

There was a famous scientist. It was his 65 years birthday. He wanted to celebrate his birthday grandly. He was excited about his birthday. He arranged everything for the special day. Even he dreamed that many guests will come and they will be enjoying. Moreover he will be the hero of that particular day. They will tell him, " Happy birthday, many many happy returns of the day." Some of them will tell him many many congratulations Sir. What a day it will be. Finally the day came, everything was ready and obviously he was overjoyed. But from day to night no guests came. His mind was disturbed and began to worry. He did not understand why they did not come to attend his birthday. He became disappointed. He went his room and shut the door. And finally noticed undistributed invitation cards in the drawer. He understood that it was his big fault.

                             Clever Sailor

Once upon a time a sailor got stuck in a storm. Huge waves struck his boat with mighty force, which shattered the boat. The sailor saved his life by climbing onto a wooden plank. The waves threw him on a small, dreary island. The hungry, thirsty sailor found a safe place and slept there. At daybreak, he found there was limitless briny sea all around. In search of food and water he went to all parts of the island; unfortunately he could not find anything.

Finally, on one of the coasts, he found coconut trees, full of coconuts. But there was one problem, he did not how to climb the straight stem of a coconut tree. He tried to pluck them by throwing some stones at them; but the fruit remained out of his range.

On one of the trees he saw a monkey, enjoying the coconuts. He thought of a plan. He knew monkeys were imitators. He picked up an empty coconut from the sand and threw it towards the monkey. The monkey threw coconuts back at the sailor. The sailor picked up the thrown coconut, broke them open. He ate their kernels and drank the sweet nectar. Thus, he survived on the deserted island until he was rescued by a passing boat.
