cost of 1 sweet is 200/21 which is CP

now,

he sold them at 8 for 100

selling price of 1 sweet is 100/8=25/2

25/2 is greater than 200/21

hence there is a gain

gain=SP-CP

=25/2-200/11

=500/168(after simplifying

gain%=gain/CP × 100

500/168/200/21×100

=5/16×100

=31.25% gain
