\bold\red{\underline{Answer:-}}

\bold{Given:-} wheel rotates 30 revolution per minute.

So,

In 1/2 sec. It will be rotate

= 30/(60 × 2)

= 0.25 revolution

Now, we know that

1 revolution = 2 π rad

So 0.25 revolution = π / 2 rad

Now, assuming wheel is rigid body . So at any point of wheel will be same angular displacement.

Than spoke will also rotate by π / 2 rad.

Answer:-

=  \frac{30}{(60 \times 2)}

= 0.25 revolution

revelation 1 = 2 π rad

0.25 revolution = π / 2 rad
