ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral.
So ∠A + ∠C = 180 …….(i)
Since AD ∥ BC
So ∠B + ∠A = 180 ……….(ii)
From (i) & (ii)
∠A + ∠C = ∠B + ∠A
⇒ ∠C = ∠B
Or ∠B = ∠C.
Hence proved.
