Answer:

in squareABCD,

AB=BC=CD=AD

CD=DN/2(N is the mid point of CD)

BC=BM/2(M is the mid point of BC)

in triangle ADN and triangle ABM,

DN=BM

AD=AB

angle ADN= angle ABM=90°

by RHS congruence

triangle ADN congruence to triangle ABM

therefore AN=AM
