1) add some sugar and yeast powder to 1/2 kg flour.
2)add warm water and cover it to make soft dough.
3)leave the dough for 2 hours and observe it.

It will ferment by the action of heat and the dough will rise as due to the air

It will have air after a while and will become soft and spongy .
