Alcohol mixed with water is used in car radiators ( especially in cold countries) because alcohol has a lower freezing point (around 156 K ) than water (273 K) and so it can be used in radiators of cars even in extreme cold weather whereas water will freeze at 0℃.
Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) is stored in dark coloured bottles because in the presence of sunlight it decomposes to from H2 and O2.This reaction is also called Photolysis or Phote--Chemical Decomposition Reaction.
