Nope, no religion treated equally in India. Infact, Religion isn't an Indian Concept. There is no Hinduism either. Sanatan Dharma isn't a religion or belief system.
Religion means the belief in a god or gods and the activities connected with this. Now belief means something you accept as true without any evidence or logic. So basically religion is totally illogical concept and people of India or Hindu doesn't follow any religion.
