1. If ribosomes are destroyed in a cell,

then there will no protein formation because ribosome is also known as protein factory.

2. And if endoplasmic reticulum is destroyed, then there is absence of Golgi apparatus.

And hence there is no packaging and transportation of materials inside the cell.
