see very simple

1.if air is pumped the bulb we fell down to fill the space and to make the outside and inside pressure equal

2. on moon there is no atmosphere

sound needs a medium to travel

it can travel through any medium except vaccum

and astronauts where helmets which also make the sound absorbed

and they uses transmitted radio to communicate

something just like Walky talkie

they carry a antenna on their back and the mouth piece and the ear piece is fitted on their helmet while communicating the radio waves are sent through one man to their ship then the ship sents the signal to other man

and to the earth. by this they communicate with each other

hope you get it
