1)no I don't agree and if u make fuse with copper wire it will not melt easily and can catch fire when current passes through it and can damage other electrical appliances....✔️

2)no we can't use electromagnet for separating plastic bags because plastic bags are non magnetic materials...and electro magnet attracts only magnetic substances✔️
