Answer: Lattice Parameter(a)=7.75A

Radius of the atom is= 3.35A

Explanation: There are multiple answer ,in this because the material, or the crystal structure is not specified, you can take any value of n , like here I am taking n=2 for BCC structure  .

Using the Bragg's Law => n*λ=2*d*sinФ
here d is the distance between plane/interplanar distance
and theta is the angle measured by the diffractometer using X RAY

2*(1.45*10^-10)=2*(a/√(2^2 + 2^2 + 0^2))*sin(32)

here a is the lattice parameter

a=7.75 A

For the radius if we check for BCC a=4r/√3

7.75*10^-10=4*r/√3

r=3.35 A

Well thanks for the question
I came asking for the same question and I answered it myself
