Once upon a time, I was being bullied by a girl named, Alina who often considered me as an inferior. So I was very sad and wanted to do something about it. I decided to talk to Alina to stop bullying me. When I went to her, I couldn’t speak a single word as I didn’t have the courage to do so. Alina started bullying me even more than before this continued for several days. One day I talked to my parents about it. They said, “you should have the courage to speak up. You have to solve this problem on your own as we can’t help it.” “But I tried and could not,” I said . They said, “sorry my dear, we can’t help you but can only encourage you to speak.” My parents kept on encouraging me from that day onwards. One day I went to my friends and came to know that they were also being bullied by Alina. This encouraged me even more. So, I went to Alina and loudly said that “stop bullying me and my friends.” After witnessing this Alina realised that she could not bully others simply because they don’t have the courage to speak up. and that's how I realised that courage and hope can help me overcome any major problem in life
