Answer will be Fourth

# In first sentence- "In relation to" is a phrase and in relation for is wrong.

Eg This is in relation to your visit to the museum yesterday.

# In Second sentence -

1) the verb form is wrong ie have.

Uncountable nouns generally take singular verb not plural ie has instead of have. Also the meaning here is singular so we won't use a plural verb ie have

2) another is generally used not an other.

# In Third sentence wrong preposition "to" is used. To is used when someone recieves something.

Eg I gave the duster to the monitor. Here monitor is the recipient.

For is used like this. - I bought the duster for the monitor. Here I am not giving but I am telling why i bought it or who i bought it for.

Eg This news is a big relief for him .Similarly ...another relief for the airlines

# Fourth sentence is right.
