Answer:

1Answer. Many small Rajpit kingdome came up in the end of ancient period and starting pf medieval period. There were usually many disputes between these kingdoms and kings often took supports of foreigners to win over their enemies. which helped the foreginers.

2Answer. Firstly policies of Aurangzeb played a significant role. Aurangzeb is seemed to be a controversial figure among the historians. He reintroduced the jizya tax on non-Muslims that had been abolished by Babar in 1526. It was a tax only on non-Muslims. His harsh attitude towards Sikhs was also a reason. Furthermore he banned music, paintings, dance and other Indian customs. Hindu temples were also demolished and all this led to a rise of opposition against the Mughal rule

After the death of every Mughal emperor, there ensued a war among his successors. This was primarily due to lack of a law of succession. These fights led to conspiracies and intrigues and thus played a significant role in further financial inefficiencies. Aurangzeb divided his empire among his 3 sons but still there were fights and the Empire became vulnerable to attacks.

In the beginning, the victories and successful expansion by the Mughals made them overconfident. They thought that there rule would last foreever. This led to the Mughals becoming very extravagant and thus started to spend massive amounts of architecture instead of military and public welfare. A friend of Akbar is said to order 100 meals in only one course

Lastly the attacks by Marathas, Afghans and Persians also weakened the empire. With the expansion of the Mughal empire, Mughals faced many resistive forces. The strong ruler Shivaji of the Marathans proved to be a constant threat to the Mughals. The weak administration due to failure of Mansabdari system further aggravated the calamities. Thus when British as a much tactful and strong force arrived, the final nail in coffin was driven and thus Mughal empire declined.
