Trivial Things Are Vital in Life
It is absolutely true trivial things are vital in life. However we don’t see it. Our preoccupation does not let us see it. In the poem Dust of Snow, the poet’s mood was transformed by an ordinary bird of nature. As he was enjoying an evening walk on a wintry evening, a crow inadvertently threw some snow on him while he was passing under a tree. This uplifted the poet’s mood which had been melancholy for some personal reason.
The poet took the falling of snow as healthy sign; if he had taken it negatively, he would have been further depressed. If the poet would have considered crow an omen, he would not have enjoyed the falling of snow.
So, it is better to look at the world through optimism than negativity.
Answer:
"Moments of Happiness Drive Away Sorrow and Despair"
Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, it means that you have to look beyond the imperfections. No one is always happy, as it is just a passing phase of one’s life. It varies from time to time and place to place as there are many more emotions that come and go in our lives from time to time. Sometimes it depends on certain people who we are close to or sometimes it depends on certain people who aren't close. There are times when we are extremely happy or sorrowful or angry or going through a phase of having all emotions at once. In most circumstances, our happiness is decided by certain moments or memories in our life. Some light moments can really enliven our mood. The actions of our family and friends can make us happy or sometimes sorrowful. Happiness is not something that is readymade, it comes from our actions as sometimes the happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts. The key to being happy is knowing you have power to choose what to accept and what to let go. We must also realize that on every cloud there is a silver lining. This means that every sorrowful moment is followed by a period of joy and happiness, a simple or a large moment of happiness drives away our sorrows and despairs. Let it be going through a phase of anger, sadness, disgust or fear, a small moment or memory of happiness or moment or memory of being happy would drive away those and make you feel a little better in no time. To wrap it all up I would say to follow these 7 steps of happiness
"Think less. Feel more. Frown less. Smile more. Talk less. Listen more. Judge less. Accept more. Watch less. Do more. Complain less. Appreciate more. Fear less. Love more."
