They don't have any source by which they can get any information about what is happening in the party or what are the upcoming projects or policies of that party, this is a matter that one party should look upon and should give information to every member. The party thinks that he/she is an ordinary memeber maybe, he/she will tell the opposition party about their plans or policies, they don't rely so much them so much. But the basic thing is that ordinary memebers Don't have any source.
