Hi mate.....

t=0

let x be the distance of 2 aprticles

for particle a

x=vt

for partocle b

x=1/2at^2

particle b-particle a=vt-1/2at^2

as t=0

dx/dt=v-at

v=a

so velcoity equals accelaration

and Relative velocity is zero when the two objects move with same velocity in same direction.
