is 6. Find the ratio of areas of these triangles.

Let ABC and PQR be two right triangles with AB ⊥ BC and PQ ⊥ QR.

Given:

BC = 9, AB = 5, PQ = 6 and QR = 10.

∴A(△ABC)/A(△PQR)

=AB×BC/PQ×QR

=5×9/6×10

=3/4
