Answer:

Given,

Cost Price of wheat's seed = ₹20,500

Labour expense = ₹9,700

Expense on pesticides & fertilizer = ₹5,600

Therefore,

Total Cost Price (C.P) = ₹(20500+9700+5600)

= ₹35800

Selling Price (S.P) of wheat = ₹28640

Therefore,

Loss = C.P - S.P

= 35800 - 28640

= ₹ 7160

By formula,

Loss℅ = (Loss/C.P × 100) ℅

= (7160/35800 × 100) ℅

= 716000/35800 ℅

= 20℅

Answer :- His loss percentage is 20℅
