Solution :-

"Bigha" is a traditional unit of measurement of area of a land which is commonly used in a number of states of India including Uttarakhand, Bihar, Madhya Prsadesh, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Assam and Gujarat. It is also used in countries like Nepal and Bangladesh. Bigha is not used in Southern states of India.

In some part of the above mentioned states of India, 1 Acre = 6.25 Bighas, and in some parts of India, 1 Acre = 8 Bighas. If 1 Acre is 6.25 Bighas then 1 Bigha = 774.4 Sq Gaj or Sq Yards and if 1 Acre is 8 Bigha then 1 Bigha = 605 Sq Gaj or Sq Yards.
