Peepal:

  • ficus religiosa
  • Stomata is less abundant on upper side

Maize:

  • zea mays
  • Stomata is same on both sides

Explanation:

There is some basic difference between leaf of the peepal and the maize. Peepal is a dicot whereas Maize is a monocot plant. So- all the differences between dicot and monocot leaf will apply –Peepal has a Botanical name: Fiscus religiose. Stomata are less abundant on the upper side. Maize has a Botanical name: Zea mays. Stomata is same on either side.
