Explanation:

Pollen grains absorb water and nutrients of the stigmatic secretion through its germs pores. Tube nucleus migrates to Pollen tube. Formation of male gamete can occur in vegetative cell or Pollen tube. Usually generative cell comes down into Pollen tubes and then divides to form the male gametes.
