Given 1/[(1 + √2) - √3 ] rationalise the denominator

⇒ [(1 + √2) + √3 ] / [(1 + √2) - √3 ] [(1 + √2) + √3 ]

⇒ [(1 + √2) + √3 ] / [(1 + √2)2 - 3 ]

⇒ [(1 + √2) + √3 ] / [2√2 ] rationalise the denominator with √2

⇒ √2[(1 + √2) + √3 ] / 4

⇒ (√2 + 2 + √6 ] / 4
