Step-by-step explanation:

ANSWER

It is given that

S.P of an article = Rs.770

Loss=Rs.110

We know that

C.P.=S.P.+loss

Substituting the values

=770+110

=Rs.880

Here

loss % =[LOSS/ C.P × 100]%

Substituting the values

=[110/880×100]%

By further calculations

=100/8 %

So we get

=25/2

12.5
