2.When a force of 5N acts on a surface,it produces a pressure of 500 Pa.The area of surface then must be:
3.The pressure of 10 kpa acts on an area of 0.3m2.The force acting on the area will be:
4.What force acting on an area of 0.5m2 will produce a pressure 500 Pa.

Answer:Q(1):

(a)200/10=20N/m2

(b)200/5=40N/m2

Q(2):

Pressure=Force/Area

500=50/a

Area=0.1m2

=1000cm2

Q(3):

Pressure=Force/area

10000=Force/0.3

Force=3000N

Q(4):

Force=500*(multiply by)0.5

Force=250N

If anything is wrong let me know

Explanation:

Pressure=Force acting/Area

1kPa=1000Pa

1m2=10000cm2
