Procedure to draw a quadrilateral

1. Draw a line segment of ab = 3.5 cm

2. Measure angle 60° from point 'a' by using protractor.

3. According to property of Quadrilateral

         

         ∠a + ∠b  + ∠c + ∠d = 360° 

           60° + ∠b + 120° + 75° = 360° 

                 ∠b = 105°

4. Measure ∠105° AT point b and draw a line.

5. measure length = 6.5 cm with the help of compass and cut the arc at the line from point 'b'. you will get point 'c'

6. at point  'c' measure ∠120° and draw a line, which cuts the line drawn from point 'a'.

7. measure the angle 'd', you will find that it measures 75°
