  1. In mouth there is a presence of starch digesting enzyme called ptyalin or salivary amylase which convert starch into alpha dextrin and glucose
  2. Pepsin in stomach convert protein i.e albumin in egg white into peptones and proteoses
  3. Bile juice which contain no enzymes emulsifies fats into fatty acid and glycerol and help in activation of pancreatic lipase
