let , x = 3,5,7,9

y = 4(3) -1 = 11

y = 4(5) -1 = 19

y = 4(7) -1 = 27

y = 4(9) - 1 =35

here, y = {11, 19, 27, 35}

And mainly all domains have co-domains.

Therefore., it is a relation.

Domain of 'x' has each 'y' co-domains.

Therefore., it is an one-one function.
