Hey ..here is your answer.

Steps of Construction.

Here Given

BC = 7cm

ZB = 75°

AB+AC = 13 cm

possible values of AB and AC are

1,12

2,11

3,10

4,9

5,8

6,7

So I took 6,7

Steps. :

1..Draw a line segment BC = 7cm

2..Measure 75° and draw a ray BZ such that /_ B = 75°

3..From C measure 7cm and draw a arc.. X

4..From B measure 6cm and draw a arc such that

it cuts X at A..

Required ∆ABC is obtained

Give thanks if it is useful for you

Answer:

Draw BC = 7 cm.

(ii) Construct ∠YBC = 75°.

(iii) From ray BY, cut-off line segment BD = AB + BC = 13cm.

(iv) Join CD.

(v) Draw the perpendicular bisector of CD meeting BY at A.

(vi) Join AC to obtain the required triangle ABC.

Justification

Since A lies on the perpendicular bisector of CD.

∴ AC = AD

Now BD = 13 cm

⇒ BA + AD = 13 cm

⇒ BA + BC = 13cm

Hence, △ABC is the required triangle.
