Answer:

Draw a line segment OA.

Taking O as center and any radius, draw an arc cutting OA at B.

Now, taking B as center and with the same radius as before, draw an arc intersecting the previously drawn arc at point C.

With C as center and the same radius, draw an arc cutting the arc at D.

Draw a line AB of any length

now open your compas less then half of the AB

now draw an arc at A to get a semi circle . intersect AB at O

now from O draw an arc on semi circle with same radii and cutting it at P .

now from P draw an arc at Q .

now from O draw the arc upside and from P draw the arc upside and cutting together at R.

now join R and A , now your 90° angle is ready
