The things you require are :

Scale, compass, pencil etc.

  1. Draw a circle of radius 3.4cm
  2. Draw a segment of your own measure from the middle of the circle to outside of the circle like a radius.
  3. Then draw a perpendicular from the point which touches the end of the circle.
  4. And it is done.
  5. As show in figure. In figure the radius is 0.2cm only. So it doesn't matter. It can give you an idea.
