HeYo mate !

All the answers are as follows in the attachment picture !
Check them out :)

{\mathsf{\boxed{Explanations}}} :-

1 . a) Here , the number has been divided by 100 in order to remove the decimal point . Now , why divided with 100 ? Its because , there are 2 digits are the decimal point in the number 10.23 !
So , the no.of digits after decimal points = no.of zeros after 1 .

b) Same rule to be followed as in question (a) . Here , there is division of number by 10 as there is only 1 digit after point .

c) Same rule as in question (b) .

d) Same rule as seen in question (b) .

e) Same rule as in question (b) .

f) Same rule as in question (b) .

Note :- If only in instructions , its given to find out the answer in MIXED FRACTION , only then we may convert as told .

---------------------------

2. (a) & (b) Here , we are adding the natural numbers and moving the decimal point after the no.of digits according to the no.of zeros .

c) Here , since its just given 70 without anything to add , so it remains the same and we place the points two places before 8 as there 2 zeros in 100 .

d) Here , we convert the mixed fraction into improper fraction and then divide them so as get the answer in decimal form .

(e) & (f) As is already given the fraction in proper form , so we just divide the numerator by denominator .

HOPE HELPS !
