We can write 1-cos^2theta as sin^2theta by using the identity of sin^2theta+cos^2theta=1......

So,

sin^2theta*sec^2theta=L.H.S

=> sin^2theta*1/cos^2theta

=> tan^2theta= R.H.S

Hence, proved!!!!!

Hope it helps yaar!

Answer: (1-cos² theta) sec² theta =tan² theta

So,

(Sin²theta)(sec²theta).

using by

identity [that is 1-cos²theta

=sin²theta].

Sin²theta. 1/cos²theta

using by

identity [that is

sec²theta=1/cos²theta]

Sin²theta/cos²theta =tan²theta

using by

identity [that is

Sin²theta/cos²theta =tan²theta].
