multiply numerator and denomintor of lhs by 1+cos Φ and simplify u ll get the ans .

u have to exapnd (1+ cos Φ )²
and write (1-cos Φ) (1+ cos Φ) =sin²x (fig. out how)

and sperate the fraction

 \frac{1 +  \cos( \alpha ) }{1 -  \cos( \alpha ) }  \times  \frac{1  +  \cos( \alpha ) }{1 +  \cos( \alpha ) }
 =  {(1 +  \cos( \alpha )) }^{2}  \div (1 -  { \cos( \alpha ) }^{2} )
 =  \frac{ {(1 +  \cos( \alpha ) )}^{2} }{ { \sin( \alpha ) }^{2} }  \\  =    {( \frac{1 +  \cos( \alpha ) }{ \sin( \alpha ) }) }^{2}  \\
 =  {( \frac{1}{ \sin( \alpha )  }  +  \frac{ \cos( \alpha ) }{ \sin( \alpha ) } )}^{2}  \\  =  {( \csc( \alpha)  +  \cot( \alpha ) ) }^{2}
