1) Complete combustion takes place in the presence of a sufficient amount of oxygen

Incomplete combustion reaction takes place when there is an insufficient amount of oxygen supply.

3) Soda acid type extinguisher acts by cutting off supply of air. It acts on all types of fire except due to electrical and inflammable liquids.
