Energy possessed by an object due to its motion is called kinetic energy. K.E=1/2mv^2.

F=10N

m=2kg

t=3sec

F=mass ×acceleration =2×a=10N

acceleration=10/2=5m/s^2

a=velocity/time=velocity/3

5=v/3

velocity=15m/s

Kinetic Energy=1/2mv^2

=1/2×2×15×15

=225J
