  • Examples :- Hydrochloric acid ( HCl ) , nitric acid ( HNO3 ) and sulfuric acid ( H2SO4 )

Weak Acid :

  • Acids which give less H+ ions on ionisation in aqueous solution are said to be weak acids.
  • Examples :- acetic acid ( vinegar ) , lactic acid , citric acid , and phosphoric acid.

Mineral Acid :

  • A mineral acid ( or inorganic acid ) is defined as a water-soluble acid derived from inorganic minerals by chemical reaction as opposed to organic acids.

Why should curd and other sour food stuffs not be kept in metal contains. ?

  • Substance like curd and other sour food not kept in metal container because curd and other sour substance are acidic in nature. when they kept in metal container they react with metal and form tozix substance ( poison ). thats why they are not kept in metal container.
