1) Tans conductance:
The ratio of a change in the current through one electrode in an electron tube to the change of voltage responsible for it in another electrode with the potentials of the remaining elements being constant compare mutual conductance.
2) Pinch-off voltage:
Pinch-off voltage may refer to one of two different characteristics of a transistor. in junction field-effect transistors pinch-off refers to the threshold voltage below which the transistor turns off. the pinch off voltage is the value of Vds when drain current reaches constant saturation value.
3)Drain resistance:
Drain resistance is the ratio of change in drain to source voltage to corresponding change in drain current for a constant gate to source voltage.
