1. Harsha was the head of the all administrative legislative, judical, and the first commander in the Chief of the army. he was assigned assisted by a council of Minister, and advised the on internal and external administration
2. Harsha became devoted to Buddhism, he did not come out of the fold of Hinduism completely. In his religious activities, as described in detail by Hiuen Tsang, Harsha is seen paying deep devotion to the Hindu deities. His respect for all faiths and sects was the most noteworthy feature of his religion.
