Atmosphere and its different layers.
Atmosphere is also considered as life of a Human beings. So many atmosphere layers are present on the Earth upper side.
Because of having atmosphere, humans can breathe and oxygen is transferred from one place to another. We refer word Atmosphere in various languages. As well as, Atmospere words means Nature and Environment in short words.
The atmosphere is divided into consisted of various layers which are called as 'Layers of Atmosphere'. The layers of atmosphere are dependent or formed because of their temperature.
- Troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere and thermosphere are the four main layers of atmosphere.
1) Troposphere:-
Troposphere is the first layer of Atmosphere and it is also the lowest layer of the atmosphere. Troposphere is the layer in which we live. As well as, the Clouds and weather is the part of Troposphere.
=> Layer is present on the 7 to 8 km from surface of earth.
=> Highest point - 17 - 18 km
=> Air consists of - 75%
2) Stratosphere:-
Stratosphere is the layer which starts from the 10th or 11th km from the surface of earth. This layer is mainly consists of very less things. The Ozone layer is present in this Stratosphere.
=> Temperature = -45℃
=> Layer present = 30 to 40 km
=> Air proportion = 7 to 10%
3) Mesosphere:-
This is the layer which is present above the 70km from the surface of earth. The temperature of this layer is very less because of very high height. In this region, There are very high rays of Sun.
=> Temperature = -90℃
=> Layer present = Above 70 Km
=> Air proportion = 4 to 5 %
4) Thermosphere and Ionosphere:-
Thermosphere and Ionosphere are the last layers of atmosphere. They are present at very high layer or region of atmosphere. Thermosphere and Ionosphere have very high temperature because of Height.
=> Layer present = Above 80km
=> Air proportion = 2 to 3%
=> Temperature = More than -95℃
Exosphere
The region above about 500 km is called the exosphere. Exosphere consists Oxygen, Hydrogen and gases which are present on our earth in very less proportion. It has magnetic fields in very large proportion, Because of which, It is also called as magnetosphere.
