1. there are many factors of this..of which i prefer two factors...
i) sinhala spekers didnot gave tamil spekers any position in the government.
ii) sinhala spekers issued that sinhala will be main official language if srilanka.
iii)sinhala spekers suggested that all the subjects will be taught in sinhala and tamil students should not sit with sinhala and should be throw out of the school.
this factors influenced the civil war in srilanka.
2.The accomodation of belgium is
i)there will a place where any community can live and speak any lanugage.
ii) there in the central position dutch and french would have the position in equal wwy
iii) there in the capital city called brussels..there will be the equal position of seats in state governement as dutch has accepted the french to be equal in central
iv) the state government will not be answerable to central government.
3.power shareing is desirable beacuse it will not create any polictical,religious issues and will not turn into conflict.for example- we saw in the case of belihium..one communtiy wanted to govern the whole country but when they share the power with french people and maDe a constituion it helped them to stay in peace and no conflict happend..thus a political untiy was there between them
