Agriculture plays a vital role in India's economy. Over 58 per cent of the rural households depend on agriculture as their principal means of livelihood. Agriculture, along with fisheries and forestry, is one of the largest contributors to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).



1. Solution of problems of farmers

Most of the governments are already taking many measures like scientific farming, improved technology for the good of the farmers but they are not enough. Solution of problems of farmers is that Govt must make a KISAN WELFARE DONATION FUND ... Govt must ask voluntary donation for this fund from general public / charitable organizations ... depending upon the capacity of individual one may give volunteer donation for the welfare schemes of farmers, the ANN-DATA, the bread-giver of general public.

Govt must do wide publicity of this welfare fund for the welfare of farmers since the poor public should not be over-burdened by waiving the loan of farmers. Agriculture insurance must be made compulsory for every farmer.

Govt must keep this money reserved exclusively for the welfare of farmers. Govt must also ensure that those farmers who are really poor and those who really deserve must get the benefit ... It must also be ensured that this money should not be wasted in corrupt practices and undeserved cases.

Govt must ask all the political parties to donate for farmers from their party-fund if they are really well-wisher of farmers. There must be competition among political parties that which party donates more to farmers from its party funds in this hour of need to win the votes of farmers and poor public. Poor public will not forget this act of generosity of any political party at the time of voting in any election ... and, that political party will be blessed by the poor public at that time.

If loan of farmers is waived in every state, the poor public will be over-burdened ... since no state-govt spends from own pocket ... this amount will be recovered from poor public by imposing taxes or by increasing the prices ... at last poor public will be the ultimate sufferer ....... HENCE THE BEST OPTION IS DONATION OR CHARITY.

6. Online registration

Online registration of each and every farmer including big and small must be made compulsory. Public must know who is the real farmer of what capacity. This registration must be transparent and must be accessible for general public.

And this website must get wide publicity so that general pubic may point out in case of any objection. Many people who are doing other jobs get themselves registered to get the benefits of farmers.
