2 no it is not true as the amount of co2 produced during respiration is less and it will be absorbed by plant when it will do photosynthesis.
3the plant will not remain healthy for long time because the stomatal pore will get covered and plank will not be able to get necessary products grom environment to carry photosynthesis and it will not survive.
