Yes sky has its own colour.

Oceans doesn't have their own colour.

The colour of sky is blue and ocean is transparent but it appears to be blue because ocean acts as mirror for sky and that's why the ocean appears to be blue

(1)- Sunlight reaches Earth’s atmosphere and is scattered in all directions by all the gases and particles in the air. Blue light is scattered in all directions by the tiny molecules by air in the Earth’s atmosphere. This is why we see a blue sky most of the time. Close to the horizon, the sky fade to a lighter blue or white

(2)- Ocean colour —The red, yellow and green wavelengths of sunlight absorbed by water molecules in the ocean. “The ocean looks blue because red, orange and yellow (long wavelengths light) are absorbed here strongly by the water than is blue (short wavelengths light)

(3)-Blue , the ocean and the sky looks like blue because of Red , Yellow and Orange (long wavelengths light) absorbed more strongly than water so when white light of the sun enters the sea and the sky and goes back
