Listen carefully to construct the line segment of 7.3 cm you should take a scale or ruler and a pencil and then you have to measure 7.3 on the ruler and draw..
After that u have to take a compass and then you have to measure 7.3 cm on scale by stretching the compass and then after measuring you have to put the one side of compass at zero and another side which you measured draw a small line on the other side...
