1. Draw seg OB. OB = 11 cm. Take point P on seg OB such that OP = 4 cm, 0-P-B. Taking point P and B as a centre draw two circles having radius 1.5 cm and 3.5 cm respectively. Draw tangent to circles from point O to the circles with centre P and B respectively. Measure and write the length of tangent segment.

Answer: As by the Steps of construction.

Step-by-step explanation:

As according to the question,  We have to draw a seg OB.

As the steps of construction,

Step 1: Construct a circle of the radius with center O.

Step 2: Take a point P in the exterior of the circle as OP.

Step 3: Draw a segment OP. and then draw a perpendicular bisector OP to get its midpoint M.

Step 4: Now draw a circle with a radius OM  and center M.

Step 5: Name the point of intersection of the two circles As A and B.

Step  6: Draw line PA and Line PB.
