  1. The diagram of plant and animal cells is in the attached image.
  2. The vacuole is the membrane-bound space found in the cytoplasm.
  3. In Amoeba the contractile vacuole is important for osmoregulation and excretion.
  4. The chloroplast contains chlorophyll and carotenoid pigments which are responsible for trapping light energy essential for photosynthesis.
  5. Two types of ER(Endoplasmic Reticulum)-
  • Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum: It has ribosomes attached to its outer surface.
  • Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum: When the ribosomes are absent then its called the smooth endoplasmic reticulum. It is the major site for lipid synthesis.

------

Vacuole: It contains excretory products, water, and other waste materials also. It is bounded by tonoplast. It occupies a 90% volume of the cell in plant cells.
